- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- In cases of high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if this occurs

Estimated delivery times within South Africa:
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days
- Regional / Outlying areas: 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Order size and weight
- Delivery location
- Courier rates at checkout

5. Courier Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery across South Africa. Courier selection may vary depending on the destination and package size.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time.
7. Delivery Requirements
- A valid physical address is required for all deliveries (we do not deliver to PO Boxes unless otherwise arranged)
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package
- If delivery fails due to incorrect details or no one being available, re-delivery fees may apply
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- Zenvo Solar is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the order has been dispatched
9. Rural or Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote areas may take longer and could incur additional shipping fees. Customers will be informed prior to dispatch if this applies.
10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Zenvo Solar will not be held liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
