2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended
- The incorrect item was delivered
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used solar equipment
- Custom-configured or special-order products
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
- Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), Zenvo Solar will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
