At Zenvo Solar, we are committed to providing high-quality solar products and excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued, in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.

2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended
  • The incorrect item was delivered
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed or used solar equipment
  • Custom-configured or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
  • Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Include clear photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), Zenvo Solar will cover return shipping costs
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges
